Great dumbbells to replace previous "multi plate with screw lock" ones I had. It takes seconds to make big adjustments in the weight. They are sturdy enough for a controlled workout, but I would not drop them, especially as they can adjust up to 32kg. The individual plates fit together nicely so there is minimal rattle as one uses them. I also like the handle diameter and knurling. Good investment for a home gym if not abused.
