At the heart of the Munitio Rack is a full-sized, 203cm guided Smith Machine with Olympic 50mm intakes and a heavy-duty 18kg solid steel barbell. Built from 100% solid steel, the bar is precision-engineered with Olympic 2.2m sizing and needle bearings for smooth rotation, offering a true Olympic lifting feel. Mounted on high-precision linear bearings, the Smith system delivers smooth vertical motion for squats, presses, and advanced compound lifts, all with built-in safety from an adjustable spotter system, rubberised stoppers, and a 220kg max load rating that inspires complete confidence under heavy training.

On either side, you’ll find twin 70kg selectorized steel weight stacks (13 x 5kg plates + 1 x 5kg top rod), constructed from 100% steel for maximum durability and smoother performance compared to plastic-coated alternatives. Integrated into a dual pulley cable system with a 2:1 ratio, these stacks allow for both isolated single-arm training and explosive compound movements. With the dual pulley cable adapter, you can link both stacks together for true 1:1 resistance, unlocking heavy lat pulldowns, seated rows, and dual-arm drills. The steel construction offers benefits such as compact stack design for future expansion, greater range of motion, balanced and vibration-free resistance, and long-term toughness.

The rack’s body is reinforced with 3mm thick steel plates and finished with 16-gauge powder-coated steel tubing, providing commercial-level stability, corrosion resistance, and a premium finish. Full-length weight stack shrouds enclose the stacks, enhancing safety, reducing interference from foreign objects, and minimising vibration during workouts. This extra rigidity ensures every movement feels smoother and more secure.

The squat rack functions are reinforced by durable J-hooks and 350mm spotter arms, offering ten vertical positions that lock securely with a satisfying snap. Adjustable up to 1.8m squat rack height, they deliver a custom fit for lifters of all sizes. All contact surfaces are rubberised to protect your barbells, reduce noise, and improve safety when re-racking. With tested load capacities of 180kg on the J-hooks, 200kg on the spotters, 220kg on the Smith system, 200kg on the chin-up bar, and 50kg per storage peg, the rack is designed to withstand serious strength work.
