Rubicon Gen 2 Gum Guard
To use the Gum Guard, simply follow these fitting instructions:
- Boil water.
- Pour hot water into a mug.
- Submerge the mouth guard for 30-90 seconds.
- Use a utensil to remove it and allow it to cool until comfortable.
- Adjust the mouth guard to the proper position in front of a mirror.
- Bite down firmly, applying even pressure with your fingers and tongue.
- Hold the bite for 30 seconds to ensure it conforms to your teeth.
- Carefully remove the mouth guard.
- Rinse it under cold running water to cool it completely.
- Test the fit to ensure it is secure and comfortable.
- If necessary, repeat steps 1-10 for a proper fit.
- After each use, clean the gum guard with toothpaste and water, and store it in the provided Ligum Fight Gear carrying case for hygienic transportation.
