Throwing Dummy - High Performance Engineered Leather - MMA & Grappling

The Ligum Fight Gear Throwing Dummy is designed for martial arts, wrestling, MMA, judo, and grappling-based training. Available in 35kg and 55kg variants, it gives athletes a choice between a lighter option for easier handling and a heavier option for greater resistance during throws, lifts, takedowns, and conditioning drills.

The full-body design supports repeated practice of grip placement, hip positioning, balance control, lifting mechanics, clinch entries, takedown follow-through, and ground transitions. It can be used for judo-style throws, wrestling entries, MMA takedown practice, grappling control, and technical movement sequences without relying on a training partner.

The 35kg variant is suited to beginners, lighter users, younger athletes, high-repetition drills, and training sessions where easier lifting, faster reset times, and controlled handling are important. The 55kg variant provides more resistance for experienced users, strength-focused grappling work, heavier throws, carries, and more demanding conditioning sessions.

Unlike hanging dummies, this model does not require chains or ceiling mounting. It can be used directly on suitable training mats, making it practical for home gyms, martial arts clubs, schools, and commercial training facilities where fixed mounting points are not available.

The outer shell is made from environmentally friendly space leather, designed to handle repeated gripping, pulling, dragging, throwing, and floor contact. Reinforced stitching supports the seams during regular use, while the surface can be wiped clean after training.

In addition to throwing and takedown practice, the dummy can be used for carries, sprawls, grip endurance drills, ground control positioning, movement circuits, and general fight conditioning. This makes it suitable for technical development, solo drilling, functional strength work, and conditioning sessions across different training levels.
