Premium Adjustable Dumbbell - Quick Adjust-Weight Training

The Ligum Fight Gear Premium Adjustable Dumbbell combines multiple weight settings in one compact system. Available in 16kg, 32kg and 40kg options, as either a single dumbbell or matched pair, each unit adjusts in 4kg increments up to the selected maximum weight. This provides a broad training range without the storage footprint of a full fixed-dumbbell set.

Weight selection is controlled through the handle. With the dumbbell securely seated in its cradle, rotate the handle to the required setting. The selected plates lock onto the handle while the unused plates remain organised in the base. This allows faster transitions between warm-up sets, working sets, supersets and circuit stations.

The 4kg progression supports controlled increases in resistance across presses, rows, squats, lunges, curls, raises and loaded carries. Lower settings suit higher-repetition training and accessory movements, while the 32kg and 40kg options provide the resistance required for heavier compound exercises.

Each dumbbell features a cold-forged steel handle with rubber-coated steel plates. The handle provides a solid contact point during lifting, while the coated plates reduce direct metal contact during training and storage. Unused plates remain aligned inside the supplied high-density cradle, helping keep the training area organised.

The single option is suited to unilateral exercises, compact training spaces and users building their home gym in stages. The pair option supports bilateral movements such as dumbbell bench presses, shoulder presses, rows, split squats, loaded carries and Romanian deadlifts.

When the pair option is selected, both dumbbells adjust independently. This allows matched loading or different resistance on each side when required. The 16kg pair provides up to 32kg of combined load, the 32kg pair provides up to 64kg, and the 40kg pair provides up to 80kg.

The Ligum Fight Gear Premium Adjustable Dumbbell is built for efficient weight changes, progressive strength training and space-conscious storage. Each unit replaces several fixed dumbbells while occupying only one cradle position.
