The Ligum Fight Gear Optio X Pro - MMA Gloves - High Density Impact Protection - Grappling are designed for training that combines striking, grip access and wrist support. They are suitable for sparring, pad work, bag work, clinch drills, takedown entries and combat-conditioning sessions.

The PU leather outer provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface for regular gym use. High-density foam padding covers the main striking area to absorb impact and reduce stress on the hands during punches, drills and controlled partner work.

The open-palm construction preserves grip access for clinch control, grappling transitions and takedown work. This allows athletes to move between striking and close-range training without changing gloves.

An adjustable wrist strap secures the glove and limits movement during impact. The closure helps maintain a stable fit through combinations, defensive drills and longer sessions.

The Optio X Pro is suited to mixed martial arts, combat-sport conditioning and beginner-to-intermediate sparring where hand protection and grip function are required in one glove.
