Olympic EZ Bar – 1.2m Barbell for Biceps & Triceps Strength Training

The Ligum Fight Gear Olympic EZ Curl Bar is designed for structured arm training, accessory strength work and controlled upper-body movements using Olympic weight plates.

Its angled shaft changes the wrist position compared with a straight bar. This supports a more neutral hand position during curls, extensions and selected rowing movements, which may reduce unnecessary wrist rotation while maintaining a controlled movement path.

The bar includes multiple grip sections for narrow and wider hand placement. This allows users to adjust the loading angle across biceps curls, reverse curls, preacher curls, spider curls, skull crushers, overhead triceps extensions and upright rows.

Knurled contact areas improve grip consistency during loaded sets. The textured surface helps maintain hand position without relying on excessive grip pressure, particularly during repeated arm work and higher-volume accessory sessions.

The 5cm Olympic sleeves are compatible with Olympic weight plates. Rotating sleeve sections allow the plates to move as the bar changes angle, helping reduce torque through the hands, wrists and elbows during curling and extension movements.

The 1.2m length provides a compact alternative to a full-size Olympic barbell while retaining enough space for progressive plate loading. This makes the bar suitable for home gyms, personal training spaces and commercial strength facilities where equipment footprint matters.
