The bar allows for narrow, wide, and neutral grip positions, supporting variation across pull-ups, chin-ups, and other bodyweight exercises. This helps distribute training emphasis across the back, shoulders, chest, arms, core, and obliques, while improving grip strength and upper-body control.

Integrated multifunctional rings expand the unit’s training use beyond standard bar work. They can be used with boxing bags, suspension straps, resistance ropes, and hanging belts, making the unit suitable for strength, conditioning, and combat-specific training setups. The maximum supported weight for the rings is 50kg in total, whether the load is distributed across both rings or applied to one ring.
