This dual-stack functional trainer is designed to support both unilateral and bilateral movement with a 4:1 resistance ratio per side. Each weight stack is independently operated and calibrated to 33kg, using aircraft-grade, PVC-coated steel cables* for extended travel and lower starting inertia. Movement quality remains smooth, balanced, and repeatable, making it ideal for structured strength training, athletic development, and long-term progression.

The machine’s pulley arms rotate laterally through 180 degrees and adjust vertically via a multi-position steel guide track, locking securely with millimetre accuracy. Each pulley runs on sealed stainless steel bearings, ensuring low-friction glide and reliable performance even under heavy, repeated use.

The frame is constructed from 3mm commercial-grade powder-coated structural steel, finished in matte black, and secured with M12 industrial fasteners for maximum rigidity. A welded multi-grip pull-up bar provides wide, neutral, and underhand positions, finished with a sand-textured surface for secure grip under load. Knurled angled footplates are integrated at the base to anchor the lower body during presses, pulls, and rotation work.

Whether you are isolating the chest with cable flyes, building rotational power with woodchoppers, or reinforcing core stability with anti-rotation holds, the Legion enables complete programming versatility. Upper-body movement patterns such as rows, presses, pull-downs, curls, and triceps extensions are supported with precise resistance and full cable control. Lower-body training is equally efficient, with support for glute kickbacks, cable lunges, pull-throughs, and standing hamstring curls. The system also allows for core-integrated work like trunk rotations, Pallof presses, and oblique-targeted drills. Athletes and coaches can incorporate dynamic movement as well, including lateral steps, single-arm push patterns, and resisted sprint mechanics, all with stable and consistent tension across every plane of motion.
