pads are smaller than expected. height. 33cm. width. 20cm. thickness. 11cm. overall, great build quality and comfortable. Will be perfect for quick drilling movements and accurate kicks and knee strikes. they have a nice amount of density and should be able to handle a fair amount of abuse. I use them for personal training, so I am happy with my purchase.
