Ligum Fight Gear MMA Hanging Dummy – Light Strike Series is built for solo training that connects striking, clinch control, takedown entries, and grappling transitions in one suspended format. Available in 1.6m and 1.7m options, it allows athletes and training facilities to select the size and weight profile best suited to their training environment.

The dual-leg construction allows athletes to drill leg catches, sweeps, single-leg entries, knee strikes from the clinch, and positional transitions with greater technical range than a standard hanging bag. Its suspended movement creates shifting resistance after contact, requiring the athlete to manage distance, reset angles, and maintain balance through repeated exchanges.

The internal build uses a densely packed, dual-layered canvas core designed to absorb impact while retaining structure during regular use. This gives the dummy enough firmness for accurate strike feedback without excessive collapse under pressure.

A reinforced PU leather outer shell provides a durable contact surface for striking, gripping, and body-control drills. The material is selected for resistance to abrasion, impact, and repeated friction during stand-up and grappling-based training.

Triple-stitched seams are placed across key stress zones to support the dummy under repeated hanging load, impact, clinch pressure, and rotational movement. The integrated hanging system allows mounting to a suitable ceiling beam, wall bracket, or cage rig while preserving controlled swing and rotation for footwork, timing, and distance management.
