Full Body Strike Dummy - Pro Technical and Instructional - Suction Fix MMA

The Ligum Fight Gear Torso Dummy - Technical Punch Bag - Freestanding Strike Combat Training MMA is built for technical striking where precision, realistic target placement and controlled reaction matter. Its human-shaped profile creates recognisable contact zones across the head and torso, giving athletes a more practical training reference than a conventional cylindrical bag.

The main body features a high-density silicone exterior over high-elasticity EVA foam with elastic fibre fabric. The silicone surface provides a softer point of contact while retaining the durability required for repeated impact. Unlike coverings that can crack or peel over time, the material is designed to maintain its surface integrity through regular use. Its compliant construction also reduces harsh feedback to the hands during high-volume punching sessions.

Human-like proportions allow athletes to direct techniques toward specific areas rather than relying on arbitrary markings. Straight punches can be worked through the centre line, hooks can be placed around the sides of the head and body, and kicks can be delivered to defined sections of the torso. This supports more deliberate technique development and makes combination work easier to structure around realistic strike locations.

A built-in spring adds controlled movement under impact. The body responds when struck rather than remaining completely rigid, introducing a reactive element that can be used to develop timing, accuracy and follow-up placement. Athletes must account for the target’s return after contact, creating a more dynamic training environment without compromising the stability required for repeated combinations.

The freestanding base can be filled with either water or sand to increase mass during use. When fully filled with water, the unit has been tested at 90kg. Sixteen suction cups positioned underneath the base provide additional grip on suitable smooth flooring, helping reduce unwanted movement during training.

Because the unit is self-supporting, no ceiling mount or permanent floor anchor is required. This allows it to be positioned within different training environments while still giving athletes space to incorporate footwork, angle changes, entries and exits around the target.

The Ligum Fight Gear Torso Dummy - Technical Punch Bag - Freestanding Strike Combat Training MMA is suitable for straight punches, hooks, kicks, combination work, reaction training, Sanda practice, conditioning and recreational stress relief. Its construction combines a durable silicone striking surface, resilient EVA internal structure and spring-assisted response in a practical freestanding format.

The result is a training tool designed for athletes who want more realistic strike placement, safer contact and reactive feedback without relying on a traditional hanging bag.
