The Ligum Fight Gear Padded Elasticated Knee Guards - Knee Support - MMA Training are designed for combat sports, grappling and conditioning sessions where the knee is exposed to repeated floor contact, impact and friction. The sleeve uses a cotton, spandex and high-density sponge construction to combine compression, flexibility and targeted surface protection.

The centred knee pad helps reduce direct pressure during kneeling, shooting, sprawling and ground transitions. Its low-profile shape protects the contact zone without restricting normal knee flexion, making it suitable for movement-heavy training environments.

The elasticated sleeve structure keeps the guard close to the leg during repeated changes in position. Double-lined anti-slip silicone bands help limit movement of the sleeve during drills, rounds and conditioning work.

Seamless knitted construction reduces friction points around the knee, while the breathable fabric structure assists with airflow and moisture management during extended training sessions. The material blend provides stretch for fit control and recovery after repeated use.
