The Ligum Fight Gear Commercial Weight Bench is designed for flat, incline, upright and decline strength training. Its adjustable backrest and seat allow the bench angle to be matched to the movement, improving body position during pressing, rowing, arm work and core exercises.

A heavy-gauge steel frame provides a stable base under load, with a maximum capacity of 300kg. The wide footprint and anti-skid rubber feet help limit movement during heavy sets, while the powder-coated finish protects the frame from surface wear.

The backrest and seat use firm padding to support the body without excessive compression. This creates a more stable contact point during pressing movements and helps maintain position through longer sets.
