Its air resistance system mirrors the output of the user: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. This makes the OPTIO Pro X ideal for progressive intensity training, allowing athletes to scale effort on demand without manual adjustment. Whether you're running long aerobic intervals or powering through sprint-style EMOMs, the resistance adapts instantly to match your force output.

The flywheel housing is constructed from impact-resistant polymer and features vented perforations to ensure consistent airflow during high-output sessions. Its design minimizes drag while delivering a smooth, linear stroke, and the built-in baffle system helps modulate air intake for consistent pull feedback. Unlike water or magnetic systems, the air flywheel offers infinite resistance scaling, making it the preferred tool for functional fitness, MMA fight camps, military conditioning, and rehab facilities.

The seat is ergonomically contoured to reduce pressure points during longer sessions, and is molded from high-density polyurethane for support and durability.
